We needed a place for overnight stay, everything was really good. Liked to be here, the hotel was spotless and comfy, the location was marvellous in nearby forest. Outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly stuff made the experience here nice. Got big room with PERFECT views and central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel television. The continental breakfast was delicious with a wide array of food. Location: the property was short walk to the valley and the mountains, the hillside and in the near of Innsbruck.

A good choice of local food. Easy to get to, peaceful and ideal location near Innsbruck itself, the slopes and a mountain...

Fine mountain views from the spacious balcony.
Unfortunately, the noise level in the hotel was bothersome due to hard floors. I could hear every little movement from the rooms above and next to me. The dining experience was inconsistent, with food quality varying significantly from night to night, frustrating. To compound my disappointment, check-out was tedious. The bill was not clearly itemized.

It is a decent place for a longer stay, has STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL views of the mountains. Perfect and nice location very close to mountainbike park Mutteralm, Alpine style building. Short walk to the tram to-/-from Innsbruck and the mountains and the valley.

Quiteness.
Very unwelcoming front desk. Did not provide the room (edelweiss suit) with a view 9shown on web site) eventhough it was empty on the day of arrival. No small golf course at site. Photographs are not presenting the true pictures of hotel. No reastaurant facility after 8 pm and far from other facility. Asians are given diffrent treatment. Very few choice for vegetarians.

Location was great, not far from Innsbruck (10 min by car), however, in a nice small village which is quiet. The hotel is located in quiet area with fabulous view on Alps. The food was great, and the sortiment of wines as well. I really recommend this hotel for everyone.

The indoor and outdoor pools were wonderful spots for the kids to relax after our hikes. We enjoyed the flexibility of the half-board dining options, with 4 dinner choices each night. The views of the surrounding mountains were amazing, especially from our suite as we stayed with our daughter.
My kids wished for more bike rental options for families.

Perfect stay with fine views
The reception staff were super sweet and really helpful, especially Seeta. We loved the breakfasts-so many yummy options! One thing I missed was having tea/coffee in the room for those late-night cravings. The tram stop nearby is a huge plus too for heading into Innsbruck cheaply!

The Suite Fitness was super spacious and had amazing views of the mountains. Loved the balcony-perfect for morning coffee! The room was clean and tidy, but I wished there was a second armchair, especially since we had four people. The eco-pool outside was a cool bonus too! A comfy spot to relax after a day of hiking.
